Hello there and welcome to an adventure not just for you but for me as well as I create my first blog ever! My name is Vanessa, some call me Mom, Van, and my newest title, "Grandma." I'm from an island called Saipan in the middle of the Pacific Ocean! Absolutely correct it is summer year-round with occasional natural disasters like typhoon Yutu.  I believe my relationship with art is never ending for I find art in all that I do. When I clean and organize my house for example, I strive to make the house look welcoming and comfy. When I prepare meals, I like to arrange what I am serving so it looks delicious. My favorite is working outside in my yard. It doesn't matter if I am trimming bushes or planting all is done with an eye for some to say, Wow! A lot of time and effort was put in to make this place beautiful. My mother is an artist and use to sketch a lot. She published an easy-to-read book on her journey with her battle against n cancer which all pictures she sket...
